As you listen, focus on your breath and let my voice guide you into a calm, relaxed state. Picture peaceful, positive birth images in your mind and just let yourself unwind.

Make listening to the audios part of your daily routine. I suggest listening to the daily affirmations when you get ready in the morning and a relaxation audio when you’re tucked up in bed. Listening to them every now and then, isn’t going to be effective.
