What is Bump & Brew?
Bump & Brew is a free, monthly meet-up for mums-to-be and new mums on the Fylde Coast, hosted by Birth With Choice and The Pregnancy Emporium.
Think: less awkward small talk, more “oh thank goodness, someone gets it.”
It’s a cosy, relaxed space to:
- Meet other local mums in the exact same season as you
- Sip something warm (that isn’t lukewarm tea for once)
- Feel held by local birth experts who actually know what they’re talking about
Because making friends as an adult is hard.
But making mum friends? Essential.
These are the friends you don’t need to “prep” for. The ones who nod when you say “I’m really struggling today” instead of trying to fix it.

Eleanor from Birth With Choice and Janine from The Pregnancy Emporium will be on hand to welcome you to a space that is all about YOU. You’ll have the chance to meet like-minded mums and get expert support on all things pregnancy and postnatal.

Because swiping on an app to meet another mum can feel like a weird first date (except your boobs are out, you’re covered in sick, and both of you are pretending to be okay).
Because sometimes, what you really need is a space to sit down, exhale, and be with people who get it.
Because making mum friends isn’t just a nice-to-have. It’s the thing that carries you through.
