Birth With You – Online Course

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and accessing Birth With You, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Payment

  • Birth With You is a fully online course and is completely separate from any in-person courses offered by Birth With Choice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a flexible payment plan has been agreed in advance.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Payment is made for the course as advertised and not for individual modules, lessons, sessions, or resources.

  • Flexible payment plans must be agreed in advance.

  • Failure to make a payment on a flexible payment plan will result in immediate suspension of access to the course content.

  • If payment is not brought up to date, Birth With You reserves the right to permanently withdraw access to the course without refund.

Course Access and Delivery

  • Birth With You is delivered as an online course, which may include pre-recorded video content, audio recordings, downloadable resources, and/or live online sessions.

  • Access to the course content is granted once payment (or the first instalment of an agreed payment plan) has been received.

  • Course access is provided for the period stated at the time of purchase.

  • Birth With You reserves the right to update, amend, or replace course content where necessary.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • All purchases of Birth With You are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Failure to complete the course

    • Non-attendance at live sessions

    • Technical issues on the participant’s side

  • In the unlikely event that Birth With You is unable to deliver the course as advertised, access will be paused or alternative access provided. No refunds will be issued.

General Disclaimer

  • Participants take part in Birth With You with the understanding that the content of the course is not intended to be medical advice.

  • Participants should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health-related or pregnancy-related concerns surrounding their pregnancy, labour, or birth.

  • Birth With You cannot be held responsible for any decisions made by participants in relation to their pregnancy or birth.

  • Any questions or doubts regarding the use of hypnobirthing techniques should be discussed with a healthcare professional.

  • Participation in a hypnobirthing course does not guarantee any specific birth outcome.

Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

  • All resources provided as part of Birth With You are for personal use only.

  • Course materials, recordings, and resources must not be copied, shared, distributed, or provided to third parties.

  • All materials remain the intellectual property of Birth With You and do not constitute medical advice.

Birth With Choice - in person courses

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm your place on your chosen course.

The balance of the course fee must be paid in full at or before the first session of the course. Course fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances.

Payment is made for a full course as advertised and not for individual sessions.

Flexible payment terms must be agreed in advance.

 

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation by a participant prior to the start of the course, the deposit is non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation by a participant after one or more sessions of the course have been completed, no refund will be given.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of a course by myself, attempts will be made to reschedule. If this is not possible, or alternative dates cannot be agreed, a full refund of the total fee will be given.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of an individual session by me, attempts will be made to reschedule. If this is not possible, or if alternative dates cannot be agreed, a refund for sessions not yet taken will be given. If it is not possible for all couples within a group to agree an alternative date then provision will be made for individual couples. The refunded fee per session will be calculated as the total fee, after deduction of the £50 deposit, divided by the number of sessions in the course. No refund will be made for sessions already taken.

If for any reason in person course cannot take place for example extreme weather or government guidelines, the event will either be rescheduled or the course will take place over live video link.

 

Rescheduling Sessions

For participants taking a private one to one course, 48 hours notice must be given in changing appointment dates or times. Where this is not done the participants will be liable for the session fee calculated as the total fee, after deduction of the £50 deposit, divided by the number of sessions in the course. Exceptions may be made in exceptional circumstances.

If a participant on a group course is unable to attend a session, a recording of the session will be provided where possible.

General

Participants take part in Hypnobirthing sessions with the understanding that the content of the course is in no way intended to be taken as medical advice. Participants should seek the advice of a health-care provider to answer any health-related or pregnancy-related issues surrounding their pregnancy, their labour or their birth. Birth With Choice cannot be held responsible for any decisions that you make regarding your pregnancy and birth.

Any questions or doubts you have about you the use of Hypnobirthing should be taken up with your health care professionals.

Taking a Hypnobirthing course in no way guarantees a certain birth outcome.

The resources given to you in on a Birth With Choice course are for your own personal use and should not be distributed to third parties. Again, these do not represent medical advice.
