I'm a certified doula, birth trauma practitioner and the founder of Birth With Choice, and I work with families right across Lancashire — Preston, Penwortham, Chorley, Blackpool, and beyond.
I’m also the creator of the UK’s only weekly birth prep course from 12-42+ weeks of pregnancy (Birth With You). My unique approach to birth prep is causing quite a stir, recently being interviewed by ITV News for the impact I’m having locally and globally.

Worth the drive
My group course takes place in Lytham — just under 40 minutes from Chorley, easy parking, easy A583 drive. Parents travel much further than that for a day that changes how they feel about birth completely, and Preston mums/dads are a regular part of every group I run. I’ll be honest I regularly have parents travelling up to 3 hours to join me in person, but I’m right on your doorstep!
