Birth With You
The UK’s only online antenatal course with week‑by‑week support from 12–42+ weeks of pregnancy.
RECOMMENDED BY NHS MIDWIVES SO YOU’RE ALWAYS ONE STEP AHEAD OF THE MATERNITY SYSTEM, READY FOR THE UNEXPECTED AND CONFIDENT IN EVERY DECISION.
You’re here because…
You’ve had that moment where you’ve thought
“what if I’m in labour… and I don’t actually feel in control of what’s happening?”
And once that thought’s there…
it’s hard to shake.
Because suddenly:
Everyone else’s birth stories are getting in your head;
the ones where “it all escalated really quickly” and no one really explains why.
Now imagine the other version.
The appointment where you ask the question everyone else skips — and you already know what the answer means.
The moment in labour when something shifts, and instead of panic you feel your shoulders drop, because you saw this coming and you know exactly what to do.
The look on your partner’s face when he realises he’s not a spare part — he’s your person, and he’s got this.
But right now, you’re worried about being pressured into decisions you don’t fully understand…
and only realising afterwards that you had other options.
And even though you’ve tried to prepare…
read the book,
maybe bought a generic hypnobirthing course,
you still don’t feel ready for what actually happens when things get intense.
That version of birth you’re craving is prepared for and it’s closer than you think.
Maybe birth is something you just can’t control, so there’s no point preparing (it’s not).
Maybe the maternity system will give you everything you need to know (they won’t and they have no intention of doing so).
Or maybe…you’re closer than you think to the life-changing, confident birth you actually want.
Birth With You was built for families giving birth in today’s maternity system
Here's the truth: you're more likely to have a birth with medical intervention than without it. That's not meant to scare you. It's the exact reason preparing properly changes everything…
Where you give birth matters and just wanting a vaginal birth isn’t enough. You have to prepare for the system you’re giving birth in.
You need the knowledge, tools, and confidence to ask the right questions, so whatever happens, you still feel calm, heard, and in control.
That’s why this isn’t just an online course, this is ongoing, transformational birth support.
I’ve sat beside enough women in that room — as their doula — to know exactly which moments decide how a birth goes. This course is built from those moments.
Most Birth Courses vs Birth With You
Birth With You is the only birth prep course of it’s kind.

Support that continues with you
Hey, I'm Eleanor.
Certified doula, multi-award winning hypnobirthing and antenatal specialist, birth trauma practitioner and mum of two.
I’ve supported over 100 births and pregnancies — in the room when everything goes to plan, and in the room when it absolutely doesn’t. That’s where I learned what actually changes how a birth unfolds: not luck, but a woman who knows her choices before someone else tries to make them for her.
I started Birth With Choice because I kept sitting with mums who were carrying their birth with them years later. Replaying it. Unpicking it. Wondering what would have happened if they'd just known more, or said something different, or understood what was actually being asked of them in that room.
When I looked at what they all had in common it wasn't bad luck. It was a gap in preparation. Specifically in how the NHS system works and what you're actually entitled to know and decide.
So I built something that closes that gap.
I’ve done the training. But I’ve also been the pregnant woman sitting in rushed antenatal appointments, leaving with more questions than answers. I’ve felt the real pressure of the maternity system from the inside, as a mum and as a birth professional. I’ve been on the other side of it too: in the room as a doula when a woman knew exactly what she wanted, asked for it, and got it. That contrast is the whole reason this course exists.
The knowledge inside Birth With You isn't theoretical. I've used every single part of it myself as a pregnant woman and as a doula.
It’s been the difference between a woman knowing a few simple position changes to use in labour and avoiding a forceps birth. Between a mum finally having the calm vaginal birth she’d longed for after a previous caesarean, after years of quietly carrying the weight of that first birth. Not to forget the countless mums who’ve given birth in a birth centre (despite being told they were high risk and weren’t “allowed”).
This is what properly prepared looks like.
Mums who have been through it say things like:
"I know that if I say yes to an induction it's because it's the best decision for me and my baby and not because I've been forced into it."
"I finally feel like I know my choices and the questions to ask."
"My partner actually knew how to support me instead of panicking."
If that's you, Birth With You is where it starts.
Birth With You is for you if:
You know that "healthy mum, healthy baby" is the bare minimum. You’re not settling for the bare minimum.
You don’t need convincing that your birth matters. You know that birth trauma isn’t just "part of the deal" when you have a baby.
You’ve heard enough birth stories that end with "and then we had an emergency c-section" to know you don’t want to be sat there afterwards thinking "wait, did I actually have a say in any of that?"
You want to be in that room and actually know what's happening. To hear something you don’t understand and feel curious instead of scared. To make a decision and know, really know, that it was completely yours.
You want your partner to feel confident, switched on, and actually useful. Not sweating in the corner, panicking, and nodding along while you’re the one trying to figure it out mid-contraction.
You know your birth experience isn't shaped the moment you go into labour. It starts at 12 weeks. You’re not looking for a one-off birth course with no ongoing support that leaves you on your own the moment it ends.
You want to be laying the foundations from the very beginning, stacking every appointment, every conversation and every decision in your favour, so that by the time you have your first contraction you’ve never been more prepared for anything in your life.
If you're reading this thinking yes, this is me, you're in the right place.
It’s your turn to…
-01-
Walk into birth calm and confident
No more panic Googling. You’ll know what’s “just policy”, what needs attention, and the words to use when something doesn’t feel right. Walk in informed, steady, and ready to advocate for yourself.
-02-
Become the ultimate birth team
Your birth partner won’t be standing in the corner hoping for the best. He’ll know your cues — when to speak up, when to step back, and exactly how to get the very best from your maternity care when plans change. Then, when it’s over, you’ll look at each other in a way you never have before — like you just did the hardest, most extraordinary thing of your lives, together.
-03-
Have the birth you actually want
This isn’t about a perfect plan. It’s about being the woman who asked the question, paused the room, and made the call — and knowing, in your bones, that every decision was yours. The kind of birth you’ll catch yourself telling people about for years, with a smile — not the one you quietly try to make peace with.
You’re probably thinking…
“Birth is unpredictable.”
Yeah, you already know that.
That’s exactly why this matters.
Because it’s not the unpredictability that throws you
it’s being in it…
and not fully understanding what’s happening,
what your options are,
or how to respond in that moment.
That’s where women end up feeling out of control.
“I don’t have time.”
I know.
You’re not sat around with hours to spare watching modules.
You’ve got a life. A job. Maybe another child.
And half the time you’re just tired.
Which is exactly why this works differently.
This fits into your week, not the other way around.
So you’re not cramming everything in at 36 weeks
and hoping it sticks.
“The NHS gives me info.”
But not all the info.
You’ve probably already felt it,
you go in with questions,
you come out with half answers,
and then you’re back on Google trying to fill in the gaps.
Because the system isn’t designed to sit and walk you through:
what your options actually are,
what things really mean,
and what you can say when decisions come up quickly.
That’s the bit that actually matters. Which is exactly why Birth With You is recommended by Midwives in your Pocket®, My Independent Midwife and Yuula®.
“Hypnobirthing isn’t really my thing.”
Good.
Because this isn’t just a Hypnobirthing course. Birth With You is the perfect combination of Hypnobirthing + Antenatal Education + NHS preparation.
It’s about not feeling like you’re winging it
in one of the most intense moments of your life.
Knowing what’s going on.
Staying steady when things shift.
And not lying there thinking
“wait… what’s happening right now?”
If you’ve ever found yourself Googling at 1am thinking
“I just want to know what I’d actually do”
You’re exactly who this is for.
The best part?
This isn’t something you cram in at the end and hope it sticks.
This is spread across your whole pregnancy.
So you’re not trying to remember things when you’re too exhausted to even put your own socks on, you’ve known this for months.
You won’t be spiralling at midnight wondering “what if…?”
You’ll understand what’s happening, what your options are, and how to pause instead of just going along with something you don’t fully want.
Because this isn’t about having a “perfect” birth.
It’s about feeling informed, involved, and in control, no matter how it unfolds.
Birth With You is the UK’s only birth support from 12 to 42+ weeks of pregnancy
It’s designed to grow with you, so you’ll never feel “behind” and will always be a step-ahead of the maternity system.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
•Each week, you’ll watch a short, bite-sized lesson (think 10 minutes, not an hour-long lecture).
• You’ll get clear, practical tools you can use straight away.
• As your pregnancy progresses, the lessons meet you right where you’re at - from “what the hell is happening to my body?” to “I know exactly what’s happening, and I’m ready for the unexpected.”

For the question gals
-
You can jump in at any week and you will get the previous weeks you’ve missed to catch up - you won’t be behind.
-
Absolutely. Whether you’re giving birth at home, in a midwife-led unit, in hospital or having a caesarean, you’ll get the tools to feel informed, calm, and supported.
-
About 15 minutes. Each lesson is short, practical, and designed to fit into your life, not take it over.
An £80 birth course you binge over a weekend isn’t going to give you the confidence to actually use what you’ve learned when it matters most. Birth With You will.
With the best intentions, you might plan to refresh what you’ve learned later, but what if you got expert guidance exactly when you’ll need it most in pregnancy?
That’s why lessons unlock week-by-week. Your mindset shifts gradually, your learning sticks, and you’re ready when things get real.
-
Because everything shifts once you hit your due date.
When you’re tired, hormonal, and everyone’s texting “any sign yet?”, it’s easy to panic and agree to an induction or intervention you don’t actually need.
Ongoing guidance from 12–42+ weeks means you stay calm, informed, and one step ahead - even when the pressure ramps up. -
Yes. There course is designed for you to do together, so you’re both going into birth feeling fully prepared and informed. Each week you’ll have a short task to put your new skills into practise.
-
That’s exactly why Birth With You exists. You’ll learn how to make confident, informed choices in the moment - so even if plans change, you still feel calm, respected, and in control. Birth With You gives you the tools to navigate however your birth looks from a spontaneous labour all the way to an emergency c-section. We cover it all!
-
100%. This isn’t about being perfectly calm all the time. It’s about being prepared, informed, and confident - whatever your personality.

I’m Eleanor, a certified doula, multi-award-winning hypnobirthing and antenatal specialist, and birth trauma practitioner. I’ve supported over 100 births and pregnancies across home births, midwife-led units, hospitals, inductions and caesareans. I’m recommended by NHS midwives, Midwives in your Pocket®, My Independent Midwife and Yuula®.
But here’s what matters more than the qualifications: I’ve lived every single part of this. I’ve been the pregnant woman leaving appointments with more questions than answers. I’ve been the doula in the room when a woman knowing her choices changed the entire course of her birth — and when not knowing them changed it too. Nothing in this course is theory I read in a book. It’s what I use, in real rooms, with real women, when it actually counts. That’s what you’re getting access to.
You’ve thought about birth prep long enough.
The birth you want isn’t out of reach.
The version of you who looks at her new little family, feeling powerful and proud - she’s not luckier than you. She’s more prepared.
Prepare for the birth you desperately want and stack the odds in your favour of it being the birth you actually have.
