So this birth feels different
Hey, I’m Eleanor
Mum of two (four pregnancies), doula and living by the coast up north.
After my daughter’s birth, I decided I was done staying quiet.
So I started Birth With Choice.
Since 2024, I’ve supported hundreds of families across three continents—working alongside midwives, birth experts and businesses to make informed, confident birth the norm, not the exception.
I’ve supported first-time mums, mums after trauma, IVF mums, pregnancies after loss—and the partners walking it all with them.
Here’s what I noticed in 2025…
There are a lot of birth courses.
A lot of hypnobirthing.
A lot of breathing techniques.
But very little about how the NHS actually works.
No one was properly preparing parents for:
– risk language
– induction conversations
– subtle pressure
– the “this is just policy” moments
So I created my signature course, Birth With You—because you deserve both.
Not just calm.
But clarity.
Not just breathing.
But knowing your options.
I don’t believe in vague birth prep.
I believe in informed confidence.
I used to think knowledge would make birth feel scarier… turns out, it makes you steadier. Stronger.
Becoming a mum made me braver.
Clearer.
Less willing to shrink.
I truly believe I became the strongest version of myself when I decided to not be steamrolled in my maternity care.
That’s what I want for you.
Not just “birth prep.”
But walking into this season feeling steady.
Informed.
Confident.
Done with nodding along.
If you’re pregnant and you want to feel like the strongest version of yourself before your baby even arrives…
You’re in the right place.
